By downloading or using ScanFlow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

ScanFlow ("we", "us", "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScanFlow for personal and commercial purposes on your personal devices, subject to these Terms.

ScanFlow integrates with third-party cloud storage services including iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive. Use of these services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or reliability of third-party services.

ScanFlow offers optional premium features ("ScanFlow Pro") via in-app purchase:

All purchases are processed by and subject to Apple's App Store or Google Play Store policies. Refunds are handled according to the respective store's refund policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScanFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScanFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ScanFlow, including but not limited to loss of data, documents, or business opportunities.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in ScanFlow — including trademarks, logos, source code, and design — are owned by ScanFlow Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ScanFlow at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted herein will be revoked and you must cease all use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Podgorica, Montenegro.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
